Our Roots in Monterey County
Cypress Grove was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that Monterey County grapes deserve to shine on the world stage. With the Santa Lucia Highlands providing some of the most sought-after fruit in California, we knew this was where we wanted to root our craft.

The Inspiration Behind the Name
The Monterey cypress tree, iconic along our rugged coastline, inspired our name. Just as the Monterey Cypress tree is native to the area, so are our wines—with our Cypress Grove wines being 100% local.
